One 'community' gone wrong

What is meant by a homosexual community?

I look at it as those who embrace, celebrate, and desire acceptance of a sexual behavior that is against God's word (eternal truths) and is physically and spiritually destructive.

It is a 'community' that wants the foundation of the traditional family completely destroyed. The very foundation that is the cornerstone for any society.

It is the same 'community' that will make right and wrong obsolete and nothing more than a matter of opinion. Are all opinions of equal value?

The same 'community' that believes two dads is as good as a Mother and Father.

A 'community' that wants a relative understanding of sexuality to replace any absolute or Godly understanding. If it feels good, it is good.

A 'community' that believes the acts of any consenting adults have no consequences on society.

A 'community' that reaches far beyond any freedom to work, live, and privacy. In fact, one need not have same sex attractions to even be apart of this 'community'.

A 'community' where morality is an opinion, not a truth based in reality.

A 'community' that desires to re-define the meaning of simple words like gay, marriage, hate and crime. I pull your hair and call you a fag = Crime. I read from the Bible and call it truth = Hate. Bob and Steve speak words of commitment in a man made chapel = Marriage. I celebrate that unhappiness which destroys the body and soul = gay.

A 'community' that speaks about love and tolerance while hating and gagging those those who hold a different world view, especially a world view that has the audacity to claim right from wrong.

Two roads folks: God's road or Your road. Yes, it is that simple.

No one is exempt. Life itself has always had God's blessings and consequences built into all of it. For every act there is a consequence. That is life. That is God's promise.

Thank you Lord Jesus for providing the way, the life, and the truth to all who come to your cross and lay it down!

The hate Christians and Ex-Gays receive from the Homosexual community, namely activist types is unreal.

I once asked a blogger who self-identifies as a lesbian Christian(whom we all have attempted to witness to) how she reconciles her "homosexual behavior is not sin" beliefs with what is clearly written in Scripture. Also, the fact that her beliefs clash with God's Word, yet agree with the secular humanistic worldview out there doesn't seem to bother her.

Jesus said that his kingdom is "not of this world" and that we are not to allow "hollow and deceptive philosophies" influence us (see Colossians 2:8). The homosexual community beliefs are as hollow and deceptive as you could get!

Plus, when we are born again in Christ, the Holy Spirit indwells us and out of reverence and gratitude, we are to make our bodies "a temple for the Holy Spirit." Jesus also said, "if you love me, keep my Commandments." Placing a "detestable" sexual act with a person that is regarded by the God of the universe as "abomination" above one's allegiance to Christ is not only "adultery in action," but is also a form of idolatry.

Obedience is not in the vocabulary of the gay christian adherents. Yet, Scripture shares with us the fact that willful obedience leads to God's help in our lives and is directly related to blessings, as well.

Isaiah 1:19 KJV - If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

Isaiah 1:19 NLT - If you will only obey me and let me help you, then you will have plenty to eat.

What a tremendous verse promising God's help and blessing!! In the Bible, obedience and blessing always go together.

Did you "witness" face to face, heart to heart?
What is "witness"? Using words, mere words?
Love God, love your neibour.
If you positively must resort to it...use words.

I believe pulling someone's hair is a crime of assault and battery, whether or not you call them gay Mark. The rest is only angry rhetoric I will not help fuel.

I keep forgetting that it's my duty as a gay man is to utterly destroy the 'traditional family.' Despite the fact that the traditional family has changed every so often, I assume this screed is about a man, a woman, and a child. That hardly exists today and straight people are to blame. Divorce is rampant and that has nothing to do with gays and lesbians wanting to get married. This is as bad as a racist thinking that to allow a black person to vote ruins a white vote. And "To Marry" does not belong to a religion. Sorry. Facts are facts.

Mark--I don't know what is going on with this 'John' above, but those are my words. Please find out who this John is and let me know. I posted these comments yesterday at my own blog (whoever posted them slightly changed two sentences. They had no right to use my own words and post them under the name of 'John.' I also would not have posted these comments on your blog. If you could find out who did this, I would be grateful.
